Mary was born and reared in Cortelyou, Alabama the seventh of nine children. Mary was educated in the Washington County Public School system. She is the wife of Oscar Marshall and the mother of three, Tisha, CaTaushiwa, and Tyesha, and the grandmother of two, Crystal and Christina.

"Miss Mary ", as she is affectionately called, loves the Word of God with all her heart. Jesus Christ is the Lord of her life and He has given her ministry gifts to minister to the body of Christ. Through Praise and Worship she has learned to wait patiently on God. In God's presence she has found joy and peace. Through many hours of prayer, and by the help of The Holy Spirit her faith has grown and she has matured.

Also she is a writer of the "Epistles of Christ" magazine, and she is an Anointed Evangelist for Christ. Also, Mary is currently reaping blessings from God through the Epistles of Christ Magazine Ministry Book Project.

Mary faithfully, looks unto the Lord (Jesus Christ) for her help. By God's Grace, her life has been redeemed and her body healed many times over. Obedience and continued repentance (from the heart) is the key to wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.
